v3.0 focuses on 2 main enhancements and many minor improvements.
The first enhancement is a notification mechanism for supervisors to alert drivers to changes in their area or route or special instructions that apply in particular places or for a limited period of time.
The second enhancement is to reports - you can now run a report for an area that you draw in, and you can get a list of streets that a spray session affected if that is part of your workflow.
